I’ve been training with Kelly since July 2017 I am the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been. Kelly completely gave me the confidence to change my routine, cut out so much cardio, lift heavier and change my whole body shape from being underweight with no muscle to having defined muscle. Kelly sorted out my food plan and continually pushes me every week. I’ve definitely seen the best results through training with Kelly and would throughly recommend her.
Well.. where do I start. This lady is simply the best there is. I started training with Kelly in March 2018 and she has completely transformed me, not just my body but my mind as well.. at the age of 50 I am the fittest I have ever been and without doubt I have more confidence then I have ever had before. Kelly has a special “something” that makes every training session enjoyable no matter how hard it is.. she encourages and supports you every step of the way and makes you just want to achieve more and more. She now has my whole family under her spell and I am loving watching them be transformed into healthier happier more confident versions of themselves. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Kelly, she inspires me every single day and is a real pleasure to train with and I can’t thank her enough for what she has done and what she continues to do for me. If you want the best there is then this is the lady you need.
I first started training with Kelly after seeing her at my gym and thinking ‘OMG look at this girl 😳I want to look like that!’ I had trained for about 20 years but can hand on heart say that my physique has only ever changed when working with Kelly, and at age 42 I felt the happiest in my bikini ever. Kelly gave me a plan, I listened and I followed it. I worked hard and followed all the advice. Why wouldn’t I? I love training with Kelly; she inspires me to be my best. I’ve found a passion for weight lifting and not only love the results but absolutely love the process too.

I don’t generally do client reviews or testimonials - but being a bloke in the Woman & Weights world I need to say how fantastic Kelly is at what she does - and more importantly what she can help you achieve. I started working with Kelly about five months ago to try and ‘keep up with the wife’ who I saw Kelly transforming in front of my eyes. I wasn’t keen - but I am 50 - didn’t exercise and had a belly to die for (possibly literally!) In 5 short months of dedicated help, advice, diet plans and constant motivation - Kelly has helped turn me into a different person - both in body and mind. I now look forward to training and really can’t find the words to thank Kelly for what she does - she is simply great! Well done - keep up the fantastic work.
Love my PT sessions with Kelly, always feel fab after and know that I’ve had a really good work out.
Kelly has given me confidence to use the machines in a gym and has taught me how to lift correctly.
She regularly changes up my programmes so never a chance to get bored.
She also set me a great at ‘home’ work out!

Kelly gave me so much motivation and confidence. She knows exactly what you need and I feel so good after every session. Definitely recommend Kelly to everyone. If you are looking for building muscles or losing some weight, she is the one to train with!!
Kelly listened to what I needed to achieve and wrote me out a program to follow. She gave me advice on my diet and I've had amazing results all thanks to her. This lady knows her stuff. You only need to look at her to see that's the truth so don't just take my word for it. Kelly is helping me with getting back into the gym after a severe broken wrist.
She is teaching me how to lift weights(something I have never done)

Kelly is a pure motivator. You only have to look at her and you feel inspired. Can’t praise her enough and would recommend her to anyone who wants to get in the gym and learn how to train correctly.

Having already been lifting weights for some time, I noticed I had Plateau and was just going to the gym and doing the same thing. Then one evening, I remember seeing Kelly in the gym and thinking... I want to look like that! So when we had our consultation and she asked my goals, I told her I have always wanted to compete in a body building competition.. I was shocked when she was like right okay, let’s do it then. From day one of the training she was so dedicated and really pushed the training to another level. Then prep came and it was one of the hardest things I have ever done. She was there every step of the way, no question was a stupid question, no time too early or too late. With Kelly you get so much more than you pay for, she’s knowledgeable, she has a kind heart and she’ll most certainly push you to reach your goals!
I was so confident standing on that stage and I would never have done it without her! Bring on the next one 💪🏻
