Hi I'm Kelly. Welcome to the Woman and Weights Website.
I’ve always been into some sort of fitness but after having my two children and gaining a lot of weight I knew I had to step it up and try something different .
I had done the whole exercise classes thing , tried running and generally being a typical cardio bunny - not eating enough and trying every diet / shakes and slimming clubs I could find .
I soon discovered a love of weight training and since that day I’ve never looked back . Because of my own body transformation I decided to enter one bodybuilding show and won it ! Since then I have competed in 14 shows with 11 x wins . I have also competed abroad, representing Wabba Team GB in Italy 2018 for the Championships, Portugal and recently Ireland this year all for IFBB Pro qualifiers.
I am a Level 3 reps qualified personal trainer and online coach and have been championing weight training - particularly in women for over 13 years.
Not only do I offer One 2 One Personal Training , I also do online coaching , training plans and food plans tailored to your individual needs. I also run Learn To Lift Courses throughtout gyms in Colchester which are a great way of building confidence and learning the correct skills to start your weight training journey .

I have competed with UKBFF , Wabba and 2Bros taking first place in all these shows. I also won Women's Overall Champion in 2Bros Women's Physique this year . I have also competed with Nabba and PCA and competed abroad securing a place representing Wabba Team GB in Italy in 2018 , IFBB Pro Qualifier in Portugal 2020 and Ireland 2022.
